The recipient by redeeming the certificate accepts and agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth on the certificate. Reservations for treatments and spa services must be made in advance and are subject to availability. The certificate must be presented at check-in. The certificate may be supplemented by payment of cash, acceptable check or valid credit card. No credit or change will be given on unused portion of certificate. Not redeemable for cash or other substitutions, not replaceable if lost, destroyed, stolen or expired, and void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced. Terms are void where prohibited by law. Certificate will not be extended beyond the expiration date.- Reservations for spa services must be made in advance
